At Crazy Key Pro, our commitment is to ensure satisfaction and confidence in each purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service or items, we offer you a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Before detailing the specific conditions for requesting returns and refunds, it is important to clearly define what we consider new products and used products:
- New Product: Refers to all codes and/or licenses that have not been used or redeemed.
- Used Product: Refers to any code and/or license that has been redeemed or used, for used products we do not issue any type of refund or exchange.
With these definitions in mind, below are the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested:
1. Delayed Delivery: If we do not deliver the products within 2 business days, you have the right to request a full refund. After this period, the product will be deemed to have been received and a refund cannot be issued for this reason.
2. Incorrect Product: If you receive a code that does not correspond to the product purchased, we undertake to correct the error within 48 hours of you notifying us of the problem. If we cannot resolve the error within this time frame, you are entitled to request a full refund.
3. Defective Product: If the code you received does not work properly, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to contact our support at support@keysprotech.com. You must provide clear evidence of the defect, such as screenshots or descriptions of the error. We will evaluate the evidence and, if the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a full refund or replacement of the product.
4. Product is not as described:
- Right to Refund or Exchange: If the product delivered does not correspond to the description offered on our website, you have the right to request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Required Evidence: In order to process your request, we require that you provide clear evidence of the discrepancy between the product received and the description on the website.
- Conditions of Application: Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the product does not meet the buyer's expectations or does not fit an unspecified use. It is crucial to read the description carefully before purchasing.
5. Purchase Regret: We accept returns for purchase regret under two conditions:
- Code Not Received: If you have not yet received the code in your order details.
- Unused Code: If you have received the code but have not yet used it, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to contact our customer support and request a refund under this condition. Because the codes we sell are provided by our suppliers and we do not have the ability to void or manage these codes once they have been distributed, the refund will be processed only after the unused code is sold to another customer and we confirm its redemption by this new buyer. We promise to notify you as soon as the code has been sold and redeemed, thus completing the refund process.
- In both cases, it is crucial that you contact us immediately to avoid activation or use of the code, which would void the possibility of a refund. This method allows us to protect the interests of both the company and the consumer in the distribution of digital products that cannot be modified or withdrawn once issued.
6. Non-refundable products: Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for codes that have already been used. Once a code is redeemed, it is considered used and no longer eligible for return, refund or exchange.
7. Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 72 business hours of approval, the process will be completed when you receive the refund notice in your email, depending on the payment method used, it may take additional days for the refund to be visible on your account statement according to your financial institution, you should consult more details directly with them.
8. Refund Request: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date under the conditions stipulated in our policy. Include details about the reason for your refund request, especially if it is an unused code or an issue with the product description.
